Wayne Johnson is an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician and business owner with a strong background in property management, maintenance, and customer service. With experience as the Senior Facilities Maintenance Director at Frederick Health & Rehab and various hospitality venues and hotels, Wayne ensures the efficient operation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm systems while maintaining a safe and functional environment.

With nearly a decade of hands-on leadership in facility maintenance and operations management, Wayne brings unmatched expertise and dedication to his role at Mr. Sudds Cleaning Services. Since its founding in 2016, Wayne has played a pivotal role in building Mr. Sudds into a trusted name in residential and commercial cleaning.

As a seasoned Maintenance Manager and Director, Wayne has overseen complex cleaning projects for a wide range of property types—from high-traffic commercial spaces to private residences—always prioritizing quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. His deep understanding of building systems, cleanliness standards, and team coordination ensures that every job is done right the first time.
